Forest Lake Baptist Church is an extension of the evangelical movement born in Tuscaloosa, now planted and growing in the soil of USA. Our foundation is simple: the Lordship of Jesus Christ, the authority of Scripture, and the power of authentic community.
Our name — Forest Lake Baptist — means “Come and See” in French. It is an invitation rooted in the words of Jesus himself (John 1:39), and it defines everything we are: a community that beckons the searching, the weary, and the hungry to encounter the living God. Today, we are a multi-cultural, multi-generational church family holding the Word as our infallible standard.

To participate in the advancement of the Kingdom of God through Bible-based teachings that communicate the Gospel in word and in practice. We aim to empower men and women of every background to discover their identity in Christ.
Our Core Beliefs
The Trinity
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Co-equal in power and glory.
The Word
We believe the Bible is the inspired, only infallible, authoritative Word of God, revealing His will for humanity.
Salvation
We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
The Church
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ, forming the Body of Christ on earth.
